Refund Policy

This policy covers the digital BCBA Study System purchased directly from EssentiallyABA.

Digital Study System

Your BCBA Study System includes the Visual Manual and Workbook, both available to download as soon as you have access. For that reason, digital purchases are final once your study materials are available.

If your exam date changes, you can continue studying for the full access period shown at checkout.

Print books

If you bought a print book through Amazon or another retailer, you can request a return from your order page with that retailer. For help finding your workbook answer key, you’re always welcome to contact us.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
